Job Summary:
Preferred Home Care of Tucson is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver for Elderly to provide personal care services to our elderly clients in Mesa, Arizona. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare job in the franchise industry. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. The compensation for this position is $15 to $17 per hour and will be paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to elderly clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Help with medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior and report to supervisor
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Follow all company policies and procedures for client care and safety
Requirements:
- In Person CPR/First Aid
- Previous experience as a caregiver at least 1 year
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Up to date TB Test
- Fingerprint Card (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of personal care and hygiene practices
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
