Your role at PFH:

As a Primary Support Staff, you are responsible for working in the homes of people receiving individualized supported living services. You will:

• Work in collaboration with the Program Coordinator to ensure satisfactory implementation of the service plan
• Provide support services to persons served
• Coordinate day to day activities as outlined in within the service plan

We think you’d be great for this role if you have:

• High School diploma or GED with 1 year experience in the field of developmental disabilities
