The ideal candidate will have experience in and knowledge of:

• dental terminology and coding procedures
• basic dental office administrative procedures
• financial management (accounts receivables and budget management)
• patient relations and delivering excellent customer service
• treatment plan presentations
• dental office marketing and sales 
• hiring, training, and onboarding of support staff for a dental office
