Now we must admit we do have a few requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- A valid CNA license in the state of Virginia
- A valid PCA certificate- A high school degree or equivalent
- Be at least 21 years old
- Pass background check
- Have valid driver's license, own transportation, auto insurance, and a good driving record
- Have verifiable professional and personal references
- Have 2 years of professional or personal experience caring for the elderly

BENEFITS:

Salary: Up to $17.00 per hour

- $1200 Sign on Bonus (Now we can’t just throw $1200 at everyone walking through the door, please know this is Performance based)

Job Type: Part-time, Full time, Flex-time (Hours are client based)

Schedule:

• Hours are based on the client needs shifts from 4hr-12hr 
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Nights
• Monday to Friday
• Alt Weekends (We do believe in work to life balance all work no play =NOT COOL)
• On call
