Job Summary
Preferred Care at Home of Westchester and Putnam is looking for Certified Home Health Aide and/ or Personal Care Aide to join our team of caring and dedicated caregivers. The ideal candidate will be reliable, compassionate and have a passion for caring for seniors in our community. We have a variety of shifts to offer.

Responsibilities of HHA and PCA:
• Provide necessary client care as outlined in the individual client’s care plans.
• Ensure proper nutrition and safety of the client by providing assistance with daily living activities.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships
Requirements:
• Certification as a Certified Home Health Aide and/ or Personal Care Aide (required)
• Comfortable traveling in Westchester and Putnam County specially in Brewster, NY.
• Experience working as an HHA and/or PCA
• Dementia Experience (preferred)
