Some background, HomeCarePulse reaches out to our caregivers, asks them some questions, and then we as a team go over them to see how we can resolve concerns by finding what we could improve on. We take our reviews that have concerns and we go over them as a team to discuss them. We find ways to change the outcome and make adjustments that need to be made. 

We have team members on call to answer some of your questions via phone call or text.
