Job Hunting sort of feels like online dating, and I’m pretty sure most people hate that. You sell yourself on paper with the hopes that someone likes you enough to potentially further the relationship. Gosh, I’m getting stressed just thinking about it. So, let’s avoid all that anxiety and just tell you exactly what we are looking for. So, if you meet those minimum requirements YOU ARE HIRED. What are we looking for?

• You need to have a valid driver’s license. Why? We run background checks and that is one of the official document requirements. Also, like 90% of our caregivers prefer caregivers to have their own transportation since those are typically more punctual and reliable.

• Remember that background check we talked about? Yea, you need to pass that as well as a drug screen test. We are working with the elderly so we really want responsible and reliable individuals to keep them safe.

• Did we say reliable already? Because that’s super important!! If you say you are going to watch 90 year old Betsy, we actually need you to. But if you can’t, just communicate beforehand- no worries!

That’s pretty much it! If you meet those minimum requirements please apply and we can get you to match up with a client and start working so you can get your paycheck as soon as possible (we have weekly paydays but daily paychecks are also an option!)
