Job Description/Summary

The Bilingual Licensed Therapist is a person and family-centered clinician, who is recovery oriented in their trauma-informed approach to care. This individual possesses an expertise in treating children of all ages and exhibits an understanding of evidenced based practice. The Licensed Therapist plays an important role in the expansion and enhancement of services at PBHG by providing direct care to Bilingual Spanish/English -speaking families and building relationships with partners in the community.

Essential Job Function

  • Conducts thorough intakes
  • Facilitates Individual, Family, and Group Therapy
  • Completes all medical record documentation within 24 hours

Competencies

  • Provides effective case management
  • Demonstrates ability to perform basic computer functions
  • Attends all team meetings

Qualifications

  • Education Master's Degree in Social Work or mental health counseling
  • Clinical licensure as LPC, LCSW
