We are seeking a dynamic Commercial – Business Intelligence Analyst to leverage advanced data tools and analytics to drive strategic initiatives, enhance customer experiences, and ensure efficient project transitions from design to production. This role is critical for streamlining processes, optimizing business outcomes, and maintaining agility in project management.

Job Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence solutions using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python, crafting dynamic and visually impactful reports that support strategic decisions and policy deployment.
• Expertly manage the Power BI environment to ensure scalable and seamless reporting capabilities that can quickly adapt to changing business needs.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and operational improvements.
• Lead the adoption of predictive analytics and machine learning to forecast trends and optimize outcomes, focusing on operational efficiency and superior customer engagement.
• Function as a change agent, promoting a culture of data-driven decision making and encouraging the use of analytics at all levels of the organization.
• Engage with both internal and external customers to refine business processes through meticulous data analysis and tailored reporting, aiming to enhance overall satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision in all data outputs, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and alignment with business objectives.
• Navigate key projects from the vision and design phase through to development and production, ensuring swift and efficient execution without compromising quality.
• Continuously acquire and implement new coding techniques and technologies to stay at the forefront of business intelligence and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business intelligence role, with demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale BI projects from inception to deployment.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, Power BI, and other relevant analytics tools.
• Desire to learn or capability in applying machine learning and predictive analytics to solve real-world business problems.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders and influence senior leadership.
• Proven track record in project management and efficiently moving projects from design to production-ready stages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial services environment, particularly where rapid project turnaround is critical.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages and BI technologies.
