We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be the supportive force that empowers our North America marketing team at our Valencia, CA office. This position requires superior organization and prioritization abilities. GOALS

Support the marketing team in digital growth and sales enablement. Digital growth goal: 5X revenue in 5 years.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop content for blogs, emails, websites, social media and other marketing collateral
• Help coordinate campaign and trade show planning and execution
• Conduct market research and share results with team
• Coordinate digital signage content across multiple site locations
• Organize and maintain marketing assets in our media library
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product management, marketing) for alignment
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in our processes

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will be a person who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, high performing team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and communication skills. In addition, the following capabilities and characteristics are ingredients for success in this role:

• BA/BS Degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
• Coursework emphasis in marketing, journalism or communications strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven and goal-oriented
