**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Post Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Qualia, dispersing checks, and finalizing a title insurance for all partys. Post Closer will play a crucial role in finalizing real estate transactions and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.

- Working knowledge and experience with Qualia- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
