Job Title: Operations Manager

Salary: $75k - $90k - with bonus potential - commensurate with experience

Full Job Description:

Are you ready to take charge and optimize operations? DiBara Masonry is seeking an Operations Manager to audit company information, refine processes, and drive efficiency from start to finish. This position offers a salary range of $75k - $90k with bonus potential, commensurate with experience, and a 60-90 day contract with potential for a long-term partnership.

Who we are:

At DiBara Masonry, we are proud to be a fourth-generation company. Michael Larusso and Matteo DiBara emigrated to the United States from Italy in the early 1900s, leveraging the one skill they had to support themselves: masonry. Each of them built his new home from brick and stone, with the help of the neighboring community and from the ground up.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Audit company information and develop a plan for success

• Track and optimize every area from sales to production and fulfillment

• Implement job costing processes and provide reporting on key metrics

• Refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for integration and tracking

• Daily tracking and optimization of operations

• Create tracking systems for project pulse and analyze for improvements

• Utilize software tools such as Builderprime, CRM, and Salesforce for process enhancement

• Overhaul production and in-field processes including truck checklists, job reporting, daily reporting and material inventory and tracking

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred

• Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of driving success and efficiency

• Strong project management skills and familiarity with construction industry practices

• Ability to shadow multiple roles and understand client/project cycles for process development

• Experience in project management and construction, with SoCal experience as a plus

• Willingness to visit job sites and engage with field operations

• Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous

• Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:30 with 1 hour lunch break
