Here is what a Youth Apprentice is responsible for at Reader Precision Solutions:
- Work the full production rotation and develop skills throughout all departments within our manufacturing operations.
- Select your final assignment within the production department or machining platform you enjoy most, then effectively demonstrate skills you have learned to manufacture high-quality, precision machined components for our clients.
- Communicate with manufacturing team members to identify process improvements.
- Other assignments as your skills and imagination allow.
- Mentoring opportunities with leading industry experts
- Networking opportunities throughout the organization including exposure to senior leadership
- Opportunities to collaborate and connect with other youth apprentices and college interns across the organization
- A fast paced and fun culture that emphasizes learning and development

- Starting pay of $17 per hour
- Weekly pay on Thursdays
