Wildlife Technician
Precision Pest and Wildlife, a respected veteran and family-owned local business is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Wildlife Technician. This position does not involve pest control but focuses solely on wildlife management. While no prior experience is required, a basic understanding or exposure to related tasks is preferred.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with roofs, ladders, and heights, and will undergo comprehensive training lasting 60-90 days, with the length contingent on individual performance.
The starting pay during training is $18/hr, with the potential to earn $20-23/hr post-training, commensurate with experience. OSHA training is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Requirements:
- Reside within 35 miles of our Honea Path office
- Possess a clean driving record.
- Present a clean and professional appearance
- Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and proven reliability.
- Must be willing to consent to a background check
- Understand and accept the seasonal nature of the job, with varying workloads throughout the year.
