• Transfer archived projects from pCloud to OneDrive
• Update archived projects to meet 2023 quality expectations & meet standard formatting requirements
• Prepare reports for Indication Review Meetings according to client specifications, corporate-wide
• Provide in-person technical training & onboarding to technicians
  • Ensure every technician has the technical skills needed to complete a cloud-based deliverable to meet quality standards
• First point of contact to provide emergency technical support to technicians; both verbal and written communication
• Provide technical support to Corporate clients receiving cloud-based deliverables, both verbal and written communication

• Transfer complete reports after internal audit, managing daily Corporate cloud deliverables
• Organize & facilitate Indication Report Meetings for Corporate clients
• Facilitate communication between technicians and clients
• Special assignments to support international office locations
