The Platform Manager, Omnichannel plays a key role for the overall health and management of the Omnichannel Activation department specifically paid social media. The role will handle a mix of paid media and analytics duties across many digital platforms and systems. Interacting with other teams to help manage other omnichannel activities including organic social media, paid media strategy, process development, financial oversight and alignment with digital strategy, and continued agency education of technical and media platform knowledge. This role will be critical for making campaigns come to life by launching, managing, and reporting on social media ads. Attention to detail and solid project skills are a must.
