Precision Maintenance Solutions Inc. is a manufacturing service provider. We are apart of the Longshoremen union hall and currently service the manufacturing industry in Northwest Indiana ranging from steel mills, tank farms, and other manufacturing facilities located throughout Northwest Indiana. We also run a fabrication shop located in Merrillville, Indiana to help with special and capital projects.

We are currently looking for a general laborer and welder. They should be hard working individuals with strong mechanical knowledge that are not afraid to get dirty, work 40 hours a week, and travel to multiple job sites.

The job is from 7am(CST) - 3pm(CST) Monday - Friday. Occasionally it will be required to work weekends or overtime. Everything over 8hours a day and Saturday's are time and a half, Sunday is double time. Pay is negotiable based off prior work experience and skills.
