```Overview```
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchaser to join our team. As a Purchaser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services for our organization. If you have a strong background in supply chain management and are skilled in contract negotiation, we want to hear from you.

```Duties```
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Implement quality management processes to ensure compliance with industry standards

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field
- Proven experience as a Purchaser or in a similar procurement role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies and techniques
- Knowledge of materials management and logistics processes
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
