Scope: Operate, troubleshoot, cross train on all equipment in all departments.

• Observe all safety regulations
• Operate material handling equipment
• PR parts
• Silicone parts
• Weigh full bins of production
• Check material requirements
• Bring material from staging area to machine
• Forklift
• Verify component material part number against production work order
• Load component materials on line
• Maintain proper levels of component materials on line
• Check proper quantity of material is in staging area before changeovers
• Notify inspector if a defect is detected
• Package and label production
• Break down and stack empty component corrugate containers
• Housekeeping
• Remove unused material from line at end of order
• Proper segregation and identification of material returned from line
• Notify production supervisor of material shortage, no order, machine changeover, machine breakdown, etc.
• Continuously work for best quality and productivity on line
• Train and assist others
• Other duties as may be assigned by management

Minimum Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED desired
• Must be able to perform basic math
• Must be able to match numbers
• Must be able to lift full boxes of component material and finished goods
