Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient service and ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

Duties:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere

- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical history and vital signs

- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone systems

- Assist the chiropractor with patient treatments as directed

- Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and home care instructions

- Process insurance claims and verify insurance coverage

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment

Experience:

- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems

- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
