Looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented, team player with a excellent organization skills to assist with front office responsibilities. Exceptional communication skills are a must. Ideal candidate will maintain professionalism while effectively multi-tasking to ensure the optimal patient experience during visits.

This is a part-time position with potential for transitioning into a full-time position with benefits. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering multi-line phone system
• Insurance verification
• Prior authorizations for diagnostic imaging and surgical procedures
• Making/cancelling/rescheduling appointments
• Working with the electronic medical record/medical record requests
• Rooming patients, cleaning treatment rooms and/or taking vital signs if needed.
• Willingness to fill in as medical assistant as needed.
• Escort patients with wheelchairs in and out of the suite if needed.
• Faxing, scanning, copying documents and insurance cards.
• Any other clinical duties that may need to be done.

Candidate must have availability Monday-Friday and open to Saturdays if coverage is needed.

Hours vary depending on clinic schedule.

Monday: Closed

Tuesday: 12pm-8pm

Wednesday: 8am-3pm

Thursday: 9am-3pm

Friday: 8am-1pm

Saturday: 8am-12pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
