Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage residential construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
- Monitor progress and quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and maintain a safe workplace
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure change orders are created for additional work.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and permits

-Develop, maintain and update construction schedules as needed.

-Ensure all Check lists are issued and carried out by trade contractors.

-Order materials along with management and schedule deliveries as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with construction software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting construction drawings
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
