2nd Shift Supervisor

At Precision Edge, our Team Members create surgical cutting tools that have given us our proud reputation in the medical manufacturing industry.

What we are looking for :

• Quality systems, processes, and expectations
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Manage stressful situations with calm and professional demeanor

Responsibilities of this role include :

• Promote a team-based environment and contribute to a positive work culture
• Trouble shoot and problem solve with team members
• Promote quality and safety as our # 1 priority
• Manage stressful situations with calm and professional demeanor
• Strong communication between employees and management
• Perform employee performance reviews
• Give and receive constructive feedback
• Work on Lean initiatives for efficiency and cost savings

This is a full-time salary-exempt on site position.

Hours are 1 : 30pm 10 : 30pm Monday - Friday
