Precision Dental Group PC is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Hillsborough, NJ

We are looking for a friendly dental receptionist who will help the office be more efficient and pleasant for patients. You’ll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist’s shoulders. Receptionists should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct and indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients in the dental office
  • Be the point of contact for patient communications, phone, email text
  • Register and Schedule patients
  • Verify Insurance benefits
  • Keep the front desk and waiting room clean and presentable
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures

Skills

  • Knowledge of dental insurances a plus
  • Understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Know how to use a computer and type
  • Attention to detail
  • Well-organized and reliable
  • High school diploma; dental related experience is preferred
  • Additional certification or training is an asset

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
