Job DescriptionEssential Functions

• Catch tubes as they exit the draw operation
• Check tube for defects
• Alert the Draw Bench Operator when defects are present
• Release mandrel bar from tube and insert into trough for next draw.
• Review current order to accurately set temperature, speed, and tie down of material
• Place saddles on furnace in-feed table
• Properly tie down material to skids as stated in procedure of the work order
• Once material has cleared the furnace, untie material and gather together in bundles and reattach travel ticket
• Maintain production record for each order
• Other duties as assigned
