Precision Body & Paint is offering the highest pay in the market area for experienced high-volume Estimators & CSR's with relevant OEM & CCC experience.
Are you tired of writing DRP estimates for insurance companies that don’t want to repair vehicles correctly? At Precision Body & Paint, we pride ourselves on ensuring that a vehicle repair is completed utilizing OEM procedures and OEM parts 100% of the time. No short cuts, no used parts, we restore the vehicle to 100% pre loss condition.
We are searching for a qualified estimator that understands our customers are our #1 priority, not the insurance company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assure that each vehicle is in a position that a complete and accurate damage appraisal is completed and that any needed disassembly is accomplished.
- Inspect the vehicle for damage to the structure, sheet metal, mechanical, electrical, glass and interior components and necessary refinishing to bring the vehicle to pre-accident condition.
- Note any non-collision damage or maintenance issues that may need repair
- Specify all needed repair operations, replacement parts and labor operations and/or sublet operations to be performed
- Review current estimating guide procedure pages to assure that all needed but not-included operations, parts, or materials specified
- All other duties as per the Manager
Qualifications:
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have experience in estimating for the Auto Body industry
- Knowledge of CCC estimating system a plus
- Must have knowledge of car parts and be able to identify them by location
- Must be computer savvy (data entry, parts research, matching estimates)
- Must have excellent communication skills for being able to work with insurance companies to verify and approve supplements as well as follow up with clients on the repair process
- A friendly attitude and a team player mentality
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Valid and insurable driver’s license required
