Precision Display Repairs is a subsidiary of Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a full service, inventory supported, MRO provider in the aviation industry with 21 domestic and international business units, has an opening for a Technician Level 2 position based in Camarillo, California.

We have an immediate opening for a Technician Level 2. The technician performs visual inspections, functional tests, diagnoses, and repairs of LCD (liquid crystal display) units. Job tasks include mechanical disassembly, repair, and re-assembly of defective units using PDR’s repair procedures, tooling and equipment. 

Required job skills and experience include:

• Mechanical aptitude and hands on experience
• Ability to read written procedures and instructions
• Good vision and manual dexterity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Experience in a deadline-oriented environment
• Basic soldering skills
• Ability to read technical drawings/wire lists is a plus
• Ability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs routinely, stand/sit for long periods of time
• Experience with Repair Station/FAA Certification is a plus

The ideal candidate offers 5 years of electronic assembly experience in Operations, Production or Service environment, or equivalent experience.
