The DECC Company, is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Associate. We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual who desires to learn and grow with our company! They will be primarily responsible for both machine and building maintenance on 2nd shift.

Primary duties include:

· Dismantles and maintains machines or equipment; performs inspections, adjustments, and replaces defective parts and motors.

· Troubleshoots and basic level repairs pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical systems and components.

· Performs preventive maintenance activities.

· Responsible for general facility maintenance including electrical, plumbing, air, gas and water lines and pipe systems.

· Uses power and hand tools such as shears, flame cutters, and drill presses.

· Follows work orders and safety procedures.

The preferred candidate will have prior experience in industrial maintenance. To be successful, candidates must:

· Have at least 1-year of experience in Industrial Maintenance;

· Be mechanically inclined;

· Be a self-starter;

· Possess a high school diploma or GED;

· Be able to lift up to 75 pounds periodically throughout the shift;

· Have a dependable attendance record.
