Intro and job overview:
Responsible for collecting outstanding accounts for assigned portfolio including US, EMEA, and APAC customers Reaching out to customer on open invoices regarding payment status, clearing customer invoice disputes, gathering credit and/or collection reference information, generating standard reports, and e-mailing information to customers. KPI's to meet include keeping overdue balance to 20% or less and maintaining a 60 balance at 5% or less. These KPI's are expected to be reached by maintaining 50 customer contacts per day.
