We are looking for a Sales Manager for Multiple locations throughout CT, to increase sales revenues and build relationships with customers and vendors, with growth opportunities as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face to face evaluations and presentations of our products and services to best provide a solution for the customer

• Discover sales opportunities through business development

• Utilize pre-qualified leads to drive sales within the company

• Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships

• Assess sales performance according to KPIs

• Monitor competition within assigned region

Compensation and Training

• Uncapped Commissions, plus Yearly Bonuses

• Initial Paid Training, educating on our patented technology, product knowledge, and the ability to train future individuals within the company

• Weekly sales training and meetings discussing performance along with growth techniques

Skills

• Proven experience as a top performer in previous sales industry

• Proven track record of elevating sales and revenue

• Must have hunters mentality, outgoing, and tenacious drive

• Ability to develop sales strategies

• Excellent communication skills

• Organizational and leadership ability; must work well alone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
