Waterbrook Tasting Room Host/Busser

This is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic and fast-growing company. This position reports directly to the Waterbrook Tasting Room and Restaurant Manager.

This position is part-time and for weekends.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of menu specials
• Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction and always strives to exceed guests' expectations
• Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
• Takes guest information and quotes wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available
• Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant
• Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience
• Collaborate with wait staff to ensure tables are cleared, cleaned and waiting for the next party
• Assist in washing dishes if kitchen staff gest behind during busy times
• Arrange tables for large parties and prepare for scheduled parties and weddings
• Maintains restrooms throughout shift to ensure cleanliness 
• Sweeps foyer and front entrance area frequently
• Performs other duties as directed

• Must be able to stand during long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Prior restaurant experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred

This position will average about 20-30 hours per week for part-time, and over 32 hours per week for full-time.
