We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Brighton Arms, a Garden Apartment complex in Monmouth County.

The Cleaner plays a vital role in ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment.
Responsibilities : Cleaning :
Cleaning :
- Clean laundry rooms according to company standards.
- Prepare apartments by thoroughly cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, windows, and other areas.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation in all areas.
Custodial Duties :
- Perform custodial duties as required, ensuring apartments are in excellent condition for new tenants.
- Demonstrate attention to detail when cleaning and sanitizing common spaces.
Common Areas :
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas.
Timely Execution :
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed promptly and within specified timeframes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of work ethics.
Education and Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in apartment cleaning.
- Reliable transportation.
- Professional demeanor.
- Display respect and courtesy when communicating with residents and fellow staff members.
