Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with physicians to accurately document patient encounters in real-time. Must be able to travel to different clinic locations with the physician.

Duties:
- Transcribe medical information accurately and efficiently.
- Document medical histories, physical examinations, procedures, and other patient interactions.
- Maintain organized and detailed electronic medical records.
- Assist with coding and billing processes.
- Ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize documentation.

Experience:
- Experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and the ability to transcribe medical records accurately.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to type efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to commit to a flexible schedule
