We're seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who loves rural living, and who would like to make a difference in a small community in Eastern Oregon. La Grande Family Medicine is a busy group practice with 2 well-established physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. The practice is growing and seeking an additional advanced practice provider. The clinic is new(ish) and has ample room to accommodate this growth, and to continue the high level of care the community has come to trust.

La Grande is also a college town and home to Eastern Oregon State University.

Minimum Qualifications

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited institution

Attend work regularly and on time
