Oak Street Medical Clinic is a busy, well-established practice, that is well known in the area as a highly regarded and very progressive primary care practice. Our tightknit team of providers care for patients of all ages, with a focus on ensuring the highest patient level outcome. General Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
