Job Summary:

• The Maintenance Planner plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within the industrial environment. Responsible for planning and scheduling preventative maintenance tasks.
• Shift will be a 1st M-F 7a-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Schedule Maintenance Activities: Develop comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for machinery and equipment.
• Manage Email Chain for Overdue PMs: Implement and manage an email notification system for overdue preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to schedules.
• Establish Daily Walk Arounds: Collaborate with production teams to establish and conduct daily walkarounds for production areas, identifying maintenance needs and addressing issues promptly.
• Coordinate Scheduled Downtime: Work closely with production teams to establish and coordinate scheduled downtime for machinery and equipment maintenance, minimizing disruption to production schedules.
• Utilize SAP System: Proficiently navigates and utilizes SAP system to input and track maintenance activities, generate reports, and maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and tasks

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year as a maintenance planner or similar role in an industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance planning principles, PM frequencies, and scheduling methodologies.

Additional Information:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
