Job Summary:

Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning restrooms, break rooms, floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. Maintains the exterior of the building and parking lots.

Facilities Building Maintenance 4th Shift Fri - Sun 7am - 7pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of restrooms, floors, furniture, doors, and water fountains
• Vacuum and mop hard floors and shampoo carpets
• Maintain parking lots, landscaping, emergency exits, roof drains and equipment
• Plow and salt parking lot
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good attendance record
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. independently
• Ability to operate equipment safely once trained
• Ability to work as a team with own and outside departments
• Work well with limited supervision
• Interpret and follow work instructions
• Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be physically capable of: bending, lifting, squatting, twisting, overhead reaching, standing on feet for long period of time – up to 8 hrs, and climbing stair

Additional Information:

• Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

The salary range for this role is $20.00 to $24.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
