Job Title : Dispatcher
Reports : Logistics Manager
Pay : $55,000 / Year
The Dispatcher is responsible for all driver load assignments and other delivery service tasks for the fleet supporting the operations.
Essential Job Responsibilities :
Communication : Daily communication with 20 CDL drivers, yard spotters, local delivery drivers and over the-road drivers.
Work with customers, drivers, vendors, management, and HR. Ability to communicate with other dispatchers.
Works with other employees for mutual good.
All other duties as assigned.
The Company assesses applicants on standards for performance, stability, dependability, and honesty.
A college degree is preferred, but not required.
Previous dispatch experience is required, minimum 3 years.
