We are currently looking for a Studio Floater to join our Team.
The Role: The Studio Floater moves around the studio to help complete any projects where extra hands are needed. This position requires a self-starter who can adapt to ever changing priorities and enjoys multi-tasking. This role requires learning the techniques and processes used in all departments, over time developing into a versatile employee who assists the studio in meeting production deadlines. A Studio Floater takes training in their home department first. We are currently seeking floaters for our Clay Goods Department.

This job is full-time, non-exempt with working hours Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday 40 hours per week, onsite, in our Studio Factory in Portland.
This position pays from $18.00 dependent upon experience
