Pratt Homes is seeking a Service Technician to join our team in our Service Department.

We are the leading modular home dealership in a multi-state area with a 13-acre sales center that includes 50 fully furnished, decorated, and landscaped model homes.

Note: 1. Homes are factory built. 2. No Heavy Equipment is used .

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Current Texas DL and a good driving record
• 2 years previous experience in construction.
• 2 years Tape Bed & Texture
• 2 Carpentry & Trim Work
• Painting
• General Labor
• Handyman - Jack of all Trades
• Previous experience in manufactured homes a plus
• Ability to plan and think ahead, troubleshoot, and be a problem solver
• Must be able to set example and be a leader
• Must understand safe/proper use of tools, materials & supplies used on residential construction projects.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 43 per week
