**Overview:**

Prasad Counseling and Training seeks two Psychotherapists to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing mental health support, a drive to learn and provide optimal patient care and a keen interest in building a brand. Special consideration given to an LPC-A who requires supervision, wants to build a caseload, and desires a bridge to collecting insurance fees.

We provide:

• Billing support
• Simple Practice platform
• Access to a large office
• Assistance with insurance paneling and admin
• Supervision delivered by an LPC-S who has more than 10 of experience
• Assistance with CEUs.

**Duties:**

- Conduct individual therapy sessions/assist with group therapy

- Collaborate with psychiatrists onsite and other medical providers

-Proficient and timely documentation to include progress notes and treatment plans

-Participate in brand-building and marketing

**Qualifications:**

- Licensure to include LPC-A, LPC, LMSW (must have supervisor), LCSW, LMFT, or licensed psychologist in Texas or Virgina

- Proficiency in conducting individual sessions and assessment

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality protocols

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients

- Understanding of private practice basic marketing principles
