NEW R.N. WAGE
The M.D.S. Coordinator is responsible for assessing and coordinating assessments of all residents through completion of the M.D.S. in accordance with State and Federal regulations and facility policies.
Applicant must possess a current and unrestricted active R.N. Illinois State License and must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
Must possess leadership, supervisory skills and the willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
Pay negotiable with experience.
