Grounds: Cleaning and maintaining the grounds (excluding mowing). Performing preventive, corrective, routine/custodial, cosmetic maintenance.

Maintaining the grounds to reflect a positive "curb appeal", to include weeding lawn areas, flowerbeds and maintaining shrubbery and trees, picking up litter.

Make ready: Cleaning all fixtures, counters, cabinets, windows, ovens, bathrooms, blinds, floors, and appliances including the area underneath the refrigerator and oven in each vacant apartment unit. Cleaning of common areas & grounds.

Assist maintenance with snow removal duties according to snow removal needs.

Assist maintenance personnel as needed or perform specific duties on an as needed basis. Rotate "On Call" with lead maintenance.'
