PREREQUISITES
General: Must be age 18 or older. Must qualify for a gaming license.
Education: High school graduate or GED preferred. Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the workplace.
Experience: Some computer experience. Phone answering experience in a busy environment preferred. Must have ability to handle money and credit card transactions accurately.
Physical: Must have a pleasant sounding and easy to understand phone voice. Must havethe ability to place calls on hold, transfer the calls, and return to the callers on hold to get information for processing the call further in a quick and efficient manner. Must have the ability to remain stationary for long periods. Requires repetitive hand/finger motions, hearing, and verbal skills. Requires standing for long periods of time, bending, grasping, reaching, and minimal climbing and lifting.
