Starting Pay $21.50 - $32.25 DOE
General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Non-Gaming License.
Education: Minimum of two years’ college education, bachelor’s degree in hotel Hotel/Restaurant Management preferable. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace. Requires good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience: Knowledge of Food & Beverage service and product. Must understand and possess a strong sense of cost control. Computer literacy required. Verifiable experience in food service operation at a supervisory capacity.
Physical: Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to six (6) hours in length and can lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 50 to 60 hours a week.
