Prairie Grove Health and Rehab Skilled Nursing Facility is hiring for a 2nd shift Monday-Friday Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Charge Nurse opening. $1500 sign on bonus available. PGHR Skilled Nursing Facility is a charming 64 bed rural facility with a family like atmosphere. We have stable staffing and management, competitive pay, health, dental and vison insurance, 401k, paid sick time and PTO. Looking for a caring, dedicated, knowledgeable nurse to join our team!

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
