QUALIFICATIONS/EXPECTATIONS:

• Minimum of two years of equivalent practical experience; OR

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or other relevant field

• Understanding of the functions and operations of the commission calculation process

• Progressively improving and expanding accounting knowledge; practices continuous learning and retaining the material learned

• Highly analytical

• Highly proficient using accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• High level of accuracy with minimal errors in all work

• Act in a pleasant, professional, courteous and respectful manner to all internal and external customers at all times

• Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions

• Proficient in prioritization and organizational skills

• Ability to identify numerical errors and resolve the errors

• Communicates clearly both written and verbally
