Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to assist in planning, organizing, developing and carrying out restorative programs to ensure that the highest standard of services is maintained at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
• PTA/COTA required.
• Nursing Assistant (NAR) on the MN State Registry in good standing desired but not required.
