St. Francis Health Services is Hiring a Resident Assistant Near Zumbrota, MN
The Bridges of Zumbrota is an assisted living with a family-like environment that provides a home to seniors in our community. The residents are fairly independent and enjoy spending time with each other and the staff. The close-knit team of caregivers provides 24-hour care to those living at The Bridges.

Starting at $16.00/hour - Negotiable Depending on Experience
Schedule:
8:30am to 5:00pm (Every other weekend) - 56 hours per pay period.
Job Tasks:
- Perform personal care activities, including but not limited to: bathing, skin/nail care, toileting, dressing, and oral hygiene.
- Assist individual receiving serviceswith ambulation, transfers and exercises as ordered.
- Administer medications andtreatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Completethe appropriate records to document cares given and pertinent observations.
- Feed individual receiving serviceswho, because of their condition, are unable or are at risk for choking.
- Maintain individual receivingservices confidentiality; treat individual receiving services and family withrespect.
Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to work as part of the team to ensure quality and safe delivery of home care services. The Resident Assistant works under the direction of a Registered Nurse to perform services for the individual receiving services as necessary to maintain his/her personal comfort.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in providing health and personal care services is desired.
