Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiologist to join our team. As a Radiologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients using various imaging techniques. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in providing accurate and timely diagnoses.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and mammograms
- Analyze images and provide detailed reports of findings to referring physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to determine the most appropriate imaging techniques for each patient
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in radiology technology and techniques
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Proficiency in performing and interpreting a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures
- Knowledge of catheterization techniques
- Experience in critical care and home care settings
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and data management
- Understanding of family planning imaging requirements
- Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data effectively
- Knowledge of acute pain management techniques
- Understanding of public health initiatives related to radiology
- Experience with ventilating and administering inhalation medications

Requirements
Radiologists must have a bachelor’s degree in pre-medicine, biology or a related field and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DOM) degree from a four-year medical school.
Must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
Board certified in radiology by the American Board of Medical Specialists is a plus.
